REFUNDS/EXCHANGE 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you or provide a store credit for the purchase amount. Pictures of the defective item must be taken and sent to us at info@rhubystar.com as proof. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be cancelled or changed within 24hours, after 24hours your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
